Sephan Kyle Boyle (Sef), born August 23, 1990, went home to be with Jesus on September 2nd. Seph was born in Yakima and lived in Prosser until graduating from Prosser High School. After graduating he attended Santa Barbara Community College for 2 years. There he pursued a life-long passion for football. Upon returning to Prosser, he worked and continued his schooling. June, 2013, he graduated from The Northwest Renewable Energy Institute, where he learned how to work on wind turbines. He thrived on the technical responsibility and the high altitude work (300+ ft.) clearly his Momma did not pass on her fear of heights. During the next months he earned 10 additional certifications, including “high altitude rescue,” and a number of promotions. He loved his work and the friendships that he had built. He had just finished up in Dodge City, Kansas and looked forward to Texas as his next assignment.
Sephan grew up surrounded by loving family and many, many friends. His beaming smile and gentle nature were evident to anyone he met. He loved the opportunity to participate in sports throughout his school years. Participating in State Championship games were the highlight. His parents, sister and brother, were his rock. If you talked to Sef, you heard about his family. He knew he was loved and supported. As a young child, his parents entered farming and he worked like a man. He pulled weeds, herded cattle, changed sprinklers, emptied tanks, trained grapes, killed snakes, drove truck, etc. and took pride in his hard work.
Sephan is survived by his parents, Jarrod and Ali Boyle, his sister, Mattisen and his brother, Kolten. He is also survived by his grandparents, Vida and Ross Johansen and Jack and Marsha Chapman; Uncles Jay (Rachel) Boyle, Terry (Holly) Miller, Todd (Abril) Chapman, and 14 beloved cousins as well as a vast loving, extended family. All of our hearts are broken but we trust in the Lord.
