Rubi Chavez entered into rest at her home in Prosser, Thursday March 3, 2022, at 29. Rubi was born Monday August 10, 1992, in Prosser WA to Emiliano Chavez, and Elvira (Valencia) Chavez. She was the youngest girl out of the 12 children, 8 boys and 4 girls. She was raised in Prosser and went to school in Prosser. Rubi cared for her family and helped taking care of her mother, as well as being a wonderful help with all of her family. Her favorite things besides her family were music and cooking, entertaining, drawing, and journaling. Rubi was always kind, caring, loving and known for her laugh, she had a way of always making everyone laugh and brought happiness wherever she was. She loved flowers, fresh picked, or store bought, she liked wearing pink flowers in her hair, being her favorite color. Rubi will be greatly missed by her family, and by all who knew her, but know she is with the Lord, being her beautiful self-laughing, smiling and loving.
Prosser Funeral Home will be having the viewing: Tuesday March 15, 2022, at 4-7 PM with Rosary.
Graveside Services will be held Wednesday March 16, 2022, at 11:00 AM. at Prosser Cemetery.
