Our loving husband, father and brother, Robert Walters, passed away on June 23, 2013. He was born on January 30, 1943 in Buhl, Idaho to Oscar and Edith Walters. When he was a young boy, the family moved to Yakima where he attended school and worked as a carpenter.
In 1981, he married Lynette Friese and they had two children.
Bob was an avid fisherman, hunter and most recently an enthusiastic ATV rider and golfer. He and his family enjoyed all outdoor activities including time spent in their motorhome.
Bob is survived by his wife, Lynette; his sons, Matt and Ryan (Hollie); his sister, Anita Parrish (Ed); his brothers, Glen (Betty), Dan (Charlotte) and Jim; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Peggy and his brother, Jack.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 28, 2013 at the Bethel Church of the Nazarene, 1103 W. Mead, Yakima.
