Marilyn A. Sizemore went to be with the Lord on May 20, 2015 at her home in Grandview, WA. She was born in Gillette, Wyoming on April 8, 1927 to Alva and Bertha Butler.
She married Lenzie Sizemore on June 17, 1950 in Prosser, WA. They moved to Caldwell, Idaho, where they worked and lived on a ranch.

Lenzie and Marilyn had four children and they were very active in their lives and activities.
Lenzie built a Conestoga Wagon that he and Marilyn took on many trips with their friends to the Anderson Ranch on Rattlesnake Hills, Bickleton, and Giffin Lake to name a few . They enjoyed going camping in the mountains at Conrad Meadows with all their friends and family, taking the horses and wagons. Later they purchased a cabin on Chinook Pass where they spent many many weekends with friends and family.

Marilyn enjoyed cooking for everyone who came to their home. Everyone knew you could expect a good down home cooked meal when going to their house. All friends who came to their house became family. Family was always number one. Marilyn also enjoyed quilting, sewing, crocheting, and making dolls. She loved gardening, putting puzzles together and flowers.

She was one of the first employees of Benton PUD and worked there for many years. She also worked for the Benton County Auditor’s Office in Prosser. Lenzie and Marilyn lived in Prosser for 40 years. Later they moved to Bickleton, Goldendale, and currently reside in Grandview.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Wayne Butler.
She is survived by her husband, Lenzie Sizemore; her son, Jim and wife, Nancy (Kayser); daughter, Janice Baze; son, Jay and wife, Joy (Jensen); and daughter, Judy and Bud Stanton; her grandchildren, Stacy Sizemore Wells and her husband, Ryan; Travis Baze and his wife, Taryn; Will Sizemore and Kelli Willis; Wade Stanton and his wife, Danielle; Justin Baze and his wife, Jessica; Jody Stanton; Cori Sizemore Kane and her husband, Mark; and her great-grandchildren, KateyJay Sizemore, Dock Baze, Callie Stanton, Kryssa Baze, Kayser Kane, Reese Kane, Teagan Baze, AdaLynn Baze, Westin Sizemore and soon to join us, Hadley Stanton; and her niece, Sharon Butler.

There will be a Celebration of Life on June 7, 2015 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at 545 Southwest Bennett Ave, Prosser, WA. Bring your favorite down home cooked dish. You may leave an online message of condolence for the family at www.prosserfuneralhome.com
