Jerrol Dean Hess, age 71, entered into rest on March 21, 2012 at his home at Tayons Adult Family Home in Grandview. He was born on December 19, 1940 in Pampa, Texas to Jesse and Lessie (Stewart) Hess. He was raised and educated in Benton City where he lived until moving to Prosser in 2004. He traveled all over as a pipefitter for nuclear plants. He worked as a pipefitter for Local 598 out of Pasco.
He loved the outdoors, especially fishing with his brother and sisters.
Jerrol is survived by his sisters Bobbie Crosby of Birch Bay, WA, Dorothy Giddings of Sprague, Washington and Judy Crea of West Richland, Washington; his brother, Jack Hess of Nine Miles Fall, Washington; special friend, Ana Johnny; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
At his request, there will be no services.
